At Nexgen® Seeds India, we are committed to providing top-quality seeds and services to our customers. Please read our detailed policy below to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding returns, cancellations, refunds, and shipping.

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

• Once a product is delivered, returns are not accepted, unless:

  • You received a wrong product, or

  • The item was defective, expired, or damaged during transit.

✅ In such cases, we offer a free replacement, provided:

• You return the product in its original condition, unused, with labels & packaging intact.

• The return is initiated within 7 days of delivery.

📦 Exchange is subject to availability of stock.

Perishable items such as seeds and flowers are not eligible for return if the packaging is opened, tampered, or damaged.

🎁 If your purchase included a free gift or promotional item, it must be returned along with the main product. If not returned, the MRP of the free item will be deducted from the refund/exchange.

❌ Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

• Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

💳 Upon successful cancellation, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7 working days.

💰 Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect your return:

• You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Note:

• We only refund via the original method of payment.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• In case of a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount (if applicable).

🚚 Shipping Policy

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Standard delivery timeline is 5–10 working days (India only).

• International delivery is not available.

📦 While rare, Nexgen Seeds is not responsible for courier delays or disruptions due to:

• Weather events, natural disasters

• War, strikes, labor disputes

• Other unforeseen circumstances

• For products worth over ₹2,000, use a trackable shipping service or consider shipping insurance.

• We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.

All transactions and disputes are governed by the laws of India.

📍 In case of legal matters, the courts of Hajipur, Bihar shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
